The Speech Receptionist comes with a simple to use interface that allows you to make changes and updates as required. The interface gives you access to your employee and department directory, welcome message, phone number and whether you want an operator to be integrated into the system. Set up your welcome message. Improve your business' telephone image by using the welcome message of your choice. You can either provide a recording or have one of our professional voice over's record one for you. Once in place the message will consistently and professionally greet every customer. Managing your employee directory couldn't be easier. The interface lets you personalise add or amend your employee/department details at any time. You can also change the preferred contact method (i.e. mobile or landline) or phone number at whenever you need. The Receptionist will forward calls or take messages whenever requested by one of your customers. Simply add and customise as many departments or sections as you need. Integrate the Speech Receptionist in with your operator. Simply specify the phone number and what days and time your operator is available. When requested the Speech Receptionist will transfer calls through to your operator, giving you peace of mind that every call will be given 100% customer service. Choose your own telephone number that you would like your Receptionist to receive calls on.
