Tickets will also provide you with a backend into a dedicated and secure payment gateway that is both voice and web operated.
In short it is a total end-to-end VoiceXML enabled booking and reservation system that can be used by organisations as diverse as sports and entertainment ticketing bodies through to hotels and motels.
How it works
One of the most active examples of Tickets in action would be when someone calls to book a ticket for a show or concert. Instead of interacting with a person only during restricted time periods, at any time the customer can use their phone, speak into the receiver and confirm their preferred date and time along with the number of tickets they wish to purchase.
Once this has been done they will then be asked to select the show they would like to see or a venue, Tickets will then inform the client what tickets are available.
If the customer then wants to confirm the request they will be transferred to a secure payment gateway and asked for their credit card details. Once the transaction has been completed, the customer can select from a range of confirmation options, including email.
