2. SJPhone Softphone
SJphone® is a VOIP softphone that allows you to speak with any other softphone running on a PC/PDA, any stand-alone IP-phone, or using Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) with any traditional wired or mobile phone. It supports SIP and is fully inter-operable with most major VOIP vendors and ITSPs.

Once you have downloaded the file and gone through the installation process open up the Sjphone. Right clicking anywhere on the phone will open up a basic list of menu options, from this screen select “Options”.
From the Options Menu select the “Profile” tab and then “New”.
When the New Profile window opens up please insert your [Membership Number] in the “Profile Name” input box and under the “Profile Type” drop down menu select “Calls Through SIP Proxy”. Then select OK.
In the Profile Window that opens up select the SIP Proxy. Under Proxy Domain and User Domain enter in [voip.delacon.com.au] then select ok.
This will open up an initialisation window. Under “Account” type in your [Membership Number] and under password enter in your [Password], should you not have a password simply enter in “123”. Select “OK”.
In the Option Menu under the “Profile” tab will be a list of all possible profiles, highlight the profile you just created and select “Use”.
Your phone should now be set up.

4. Grandstream
Use random port: Yes
This parameter, when set to “Yes”, will force random generation of both the local SIP and RTP ports.
This is usually necessary when multiple GXPs are behind the same NAT. Default is No.
Keep Alive Interval: 10
This value is depending on the GXP side’s router.
This parameter specifies how often the GXP sends a blank UDP packet to the SIP server in order to keep the “hole” on the NAT open. Default is 20 seconds.
